Politics of Change – Bitter Realities, Hard Choices, is a collection of op-eds and letters written by Khlique Junejo in various English leading newspapers in Pakistan. The book encompasses the struggle of Sindh for rights and the challenges Sindh is facing. It also addresses extremism and terrorist challenges that Pakistan faces as country and solutions to this problem.
Abdul Kahliq Junjeo, a lawyer by profession, is one of the most leading figures of the Sindhi Rights Movement. He is currently the Chief of the Jeay Sindh Mahaz. Mr. Junejo is a prolific writer and has written six books and numerous articles on current Sindhi politics, Sindhi nationalism and progressive politics in Pakistan. Mr. Junejo has been a leading figure working for unity among Sindhi people and working with other Oppressed Nations of Pakistan under the banner of Sindh National Alliance (SNA) and Pakistan’s Oppressed Nations Movement (PONM). Mr. Junejo is an active member of Amnesty International, Human Rights Commission of Pakistan, Pakistan India People’s Forum for Peace and Democracy (PIPFPD), Action Committee Against Arms Race (ACCAR), and Pakistan Peace Coalition (PPC).
He writes for English and Sindhi language newspapers. He also practice law in Karachi.
