The Awami Workers Party organized a protest in front of the Pakistan High Commission in London in favor of the release of Seenghar Noonari, Sanan Qureshi, Zain Shah and other missing persons. Seenghar Noonari, the Labour Secretary of Awami Workers Party-Sindh, was taken 26 June 2021 from his home in Nasirabad. His disappearance has garnered international attention from groups such as Amnesty International, who has published further details about his disappearance here.
A delegation from the AWP also submitted a letter to the High Commission demanding return of Seenghar Noonarei and other political activists and an end to the harassment and persuction of activists speaking out against the actions of Bahria Town Karachi.
